01Can I change colours and flowers?+
Yes. Wording, fonts and individual editable colour layers can be changed directly in the design studio. Artwork controls are shown only where that part can be edited cleanly.
02Is the AI designer available?+
Yes. Sign in, describe your board, then keep editing every generated artwork and wording layer before ordering.
03What sizes can I order?+
Online prices are A4 £19.99, A3 £29.99, A2 £34.99 and A1 £44.99. A0 and selected statement boards up to 8 ft are also available, with prices coming shortly.
04Do bespoke illustrations cost extra?+
Bespoke artwork and character illustrations are an optional £25 add-on, shown clearly before checkout.
05What are the boards made from?+
Every online board is printed on 5 mm Foamex with a matte finish.
06How much is delivery?+
Standard tracked UK delivery is £10. Rush production and delivery is £25 in total, replacing the standard charge rather than being added to it.
07Can I return a personalised board?+
Once printing begins, change-of-mind refunds and exchanges are unavailable because every board is bespoke. Damaged or incorrectly supplied boards are normally replaced, and statutory rights remain unaffected.
