The Print Company Bagshot Ltd, company number 16904402, is the controller of personal information used by The Print Company. Our registered office is 32 High Street, Bagshot, GU19 5AZ and our contact email is info@theprintcompany.uk.

We may use your name, account identifier, email address, phone number, delivery address, event date, design wording, uploaded artwork, order and payment status, tracking information and correspondence. We never store your card number. Please only provide information needed for the design or order.

Information is used to provide your account and order history, answer enquiries, prepare proofs, check artwork, take payment, fulfil orders, arrange delivery, maintain necessary business records and resolve problems. We do not sell personal information.

Order confirmations, proofs, production updates and tracking messages are service emails needed to fulfil an order. Design inspiration and promotional emails are separate and are only sent when you actively opt in. You can change that choice at any time in My account or by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.

Designs saved before submission remain on the device used. Submitted account and order information may be handled by our website hosting, email, payment, production and delivery providers where necessary. Retention is limited to operational, accounting, dispute and legal needs.

You may access your order history in My account and may ask about, correct, object to marketing, withdraw consent or request deletion of personal information where applicable by emailing info@theprintcompany.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
