The Print Company is a trading name of The Print Company Bagshot Ltd, company number 16904402. Our registered office is 32 High Street, Bagshot, GU19 5AZ. We are not VAT registered.

We supply personalised event signage printed on 5 mm Foamex with a matte finish. The online editor currently prepares an enquiry and proof; submitting it does not by itself create a paid order.

The design shown in the checkout review is your final print proof. By ticking the approval box and paying, you confirm that you have checked all names, dates, wording, colours, uploaded images and layout. No separate proof is sent after payment.

Displayed online prices apply to the sizes and options shown. Standard tracked UK delivery is £10. Rush production and delivery is £25 in total, not £25 in addition to the standard charge. Oversized work and bespoke additions are confirmed before payment. No VAT is added because we are not VAT registered.

Every board is made to your approved specification. Once printing has begun, change-of-mind cancellations, refunds and exchanges are not available. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not supplied as agreed.

If an item arrives damaged or has been supplied incorrectly, contact us promptly with clear photographs of the board and packaging. We will normally arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Any other remedy required by applicable consumer law remains available.

You must have permission to use photographs, logos, artwork and other material you provide. We may decline material that is unlawful, unsafe to reproduce or technically unsuitable.
