Saved designs

The Design Centre uses browser storage so you can continue a saved design on the same device. Clearing browser data removes this saved copy.

Essential technology

Security, routing and hosting services may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver the website. These are not used to create advertising profiles.

Optional analytics

If you accept analytics, we use PostHog EU Cloud to understand anonymous journeys, page use and where the website is difficult to use. Input fields are masked. Design canvases, customer artwork, account pages, admin pages, ordering and checkout routes are excluded from session recording. PostHog session recordings are retained for up to 30 days. You may decline without losing any core feature.

Error monitoring

We use Sentry as a strictly necessary security and reliability service to detect technical errors. It is configured not to send default personal information, form contents, cookies or session recordings. Error data is used only to diagnose and prevent faults.

Changing your choice

Your analytics choice is stored in this browser. You can change it by clearing the website data for theprintcompany.uk, after which the consent banner will appear again.
